How draws work
Rehab funds are released as draws against completed work. Photo evidence works for smaller items; larger draws require inspection.
Reading your invoice
Monthly invoices show accrued daily interest, days in the month, and total due. Payments are due by the 1st.
Insurance requirements
Property insurance must name Apple Valley Capital Group as additional insured and mortgagee. Certificates should be current at all times.
